Premier Training Solutions (formerly known as Performance Training Solutions) is part of the Premier Global group of companies. Originally founded in 1992 under its inaugural name of 'Premier Fitness Instructor Training Ltd, the company has grown to become the most respected health and fitness training provider in the UK. Approximately 25% of individuals who embark on a career in health and fitness each year complete their training with Premier.

The Premier Training Solutions division of the business works directly with employers to provide government funded training packages which are specific to the needs of your business. Our partnership with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management (ISRM) provides us with cutting edge training courses and resources which are of the highest standard of quality and reputation. Our qualifications are accredited by Active IQ and provide entry onto the Register of Exercise Professionals at levels 2, 3 and 4.

Premier has 50 fulltime employed trainers and assessors who are all experts in the field of health and fitness with 18 training venues across England and Wales. We have representation on the Sector Skills Council occupational standards development groups, we are Vanguard members of the Fitness Industry Association and work in line with the Learning and Skills Council Training Quality Standard (TQS). Having provided government funded training since 1996, we currently hold a 92% average success rate with our students consistently producing high levels of retention and achievement. Our work now extends to Europe and the Far East.
